Photography is an important part of how I tell stories as a journalist. I can recall using my family's Nikon camera at my younger sister's soccer games, and now, it is the same camera I use a decade later to capture moments on my college campus or at my internships. 

Through my work, I aim to capture authentic moments, meaningful details, and the emotions behind every story. Capturing those candid moments is what really brings an article to life, especially in the digital age where so much of my audience is consuming media online.
